Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of operations experience in branches.
• 10 years in branch operations at HO managerial level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on experience managing ground staff in branches.
• Credit operations knowledge is advantageous for branch ops.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end remittance processing with AML screening.
• Lead manual review of e-KYC score applications to prevent fraud.
• Manage onboarding and profile creation for BOB access (HL ConnectFirst/Biz/Pro).
• Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting to Bank Negara Malaysia.
• Develop and implement process improvements and automation to reduce costs.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and risk controls.
• Drive cost management and optimize resource utilization.
