Job summary

Airod Techno Power Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Technician / Technician specialized in CFM56 fuel nozzle maintenance. The role demands hands-on inspection, testing, repair and overhaul of nozzle units, with strict adherence to OEM manuals and maintenance procedures.

Strong documentation skills are essential for traceability and release-to-service activities. Diploma in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Industrial or Aviation Engineering is required, with OEM training and CFM56 experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant technical qualification in engineering.
• OEM-trained and authorised for CFM56 fuel nozzle maintenance is highly preferred.
• Experience in CFM56 fuel nozzle MRO.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, functional testing, repair and overhaul of CFM56 fuel nozzles.
• Conduct troubleshooting and rectification of defects.
• Operate fuel nozzle test equipment and test benches.
• Follow OEM manuals, approved maintenance data and procedures.
• Complete maintenance records and ensure component traceability.
• Perform release-to-service activities where authorised.
• Comply with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

SENIOR TECHNICIAN / TECHNICIAN – CFM56 FUEL NOZZLE

Key Responsibilities

• OEM-trained and currently authorised for CFM56 fuel nozzle maintenance is highly preferred.
• Relevant experience in CFM56 fuel nozzle MRO.
• Good troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Able to read and follow technical manuals and schematics.
• Aviation/aerospace MRO experience is an advantage.
