Hamilton Sundstrand Customer Support Centre (M) Sdn Bhd – Subang Jaya, Selangor is expanding and seeking Aerospace MRO Technicians to join our growing team. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.
• Hands-on technical experience in aviation MRO, aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical repair, precision engineering, automotive, or other related technical environments.
• Good mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments or technical equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and procedures.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous aviation or aircraft component MRO experience will be an advantage, but candidates with relevant transferable technical experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly and testing of aircraft components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot component faults using technical manuals, engineering instructions and approved procedures.
• Use precision measuring instruments, hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repair activities.
• Ensure all work meets applicable safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and approved technical documentation.
• Support workshop tools, equipment and calibration requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement and workshop efficiency initiatives.
• Share technical knowledge and support the development of junior technicians and apprentices, where applicable.

What You Will Do

As an Aerospace MRO Technician, you will support the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft components such as heat exchangers, air cycle machines, valves and starters.
