Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Executive or Assistant Manager with a technical degree and 3+ years of semiconductor materials experience to lead account growth across central Malaysia.

The role involves mentoring junior sales staff, managing key multinational accounts, and coordinating with client engineering teams on material recommendations and cost simulations. Regional travel is expected.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel regionally across assigned territories for client engagements.
