Anires Tech Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Sales Manager for semiconductor precision metrology solutions. You will drive sales, develop and expand semiconductor-related business segments, and manage key accounts.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in semiconductor sales, a diploma/engineering degree, and willingness to travel within Malaysia and occasionally overseas. We offer a competitive salary, five-day week, and technical training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience in technical sales of capital equipment, metrology, inspection, automation, or semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for View (QVI) precision metrology systems.
• Identify, develop, and manage key accounts within semiconductor, electronics, medical device, and precision manufacturing industries.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow up sales opportunities through project completion.
• Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with overseas principals and internal engineering teams on technical and commercial matters.
• Support company marketing activities, exhibitions, and semiconductor industry events.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development for View (QVI) precision metrology systems.
• Develop and expand semiconductor-related business segments, including Fan-Out Packaging, Probe Cards, Showerheads, Wafers, Substrates, Leadframes, and other precision components.
• Identify, develop, and manage key accounts within semiconductor, electronics, medical device, and precision manufacturing industries.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow up sales opportunities through project completion.
• Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and market intelligence.
• Build strong relationships with customers, principals, and industry partners.
• Coordinate with overseas principals and internal engineering teams on technical and commercial matters.
• Support company marketing activities, exhibitions, and semiconductor industry events.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience in technical sales of capital equipment, metrology, inspection, automation, or semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and customer applications.
• Able to work independently and manage customer accounts effectively.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel for customer visits within Malaysia and occasionally overseas.

Added Advantage:

• Experience in Fan-Out Packaging, Wafer Processing, Probe Cards, Semiconductor Packaging, or Precision Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with metrology systems, vision measurement systems, AOI, CMM, or precision inspection equipment.
• Existing network with semiconductor manufacturers, OSATs, EMS companies, or electronics manufacturers in Malaysia and Singapore.
