Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Executive or Assistant Manager with a technical degree and 3+ years of semiconductor materials experience to lead account growth across central Malaysia.

The role involves mentoring junior sales staff, managing key multinational accounts, and coordinating with client engineering teams on material recommendations and cost simulations. Regional travel is expected.

Competenze

3+ years of sales or technical account management experience in semiconductor packaging or microchip assembly.
Experience mentoring junior sales staff and guiding client acquisition strategies.
Willingness to travel regionally for client engagements.
