Qualifications

• Proven track record in tech recruitment across IT roles.
• Experience recruiting for Microsoft technologies.
• Executive search or niche talent experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract tech talent.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Provide market insights and manage expectations.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Stay informed on market trends.
