Leadchina Intelligence in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled recruitment specialist to manage the full lifecycle from posting to offer follow-ups, with a focus on technical roles.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop strategies, and build a diverse talent pipeline. Compliance with Malaysian labor laws and proactive sourcing across channels are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR/BA or related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience; preference for non-standard automation, intelligent manufacturing, or related industries; experience recruiting technical roles.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Malay (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Malaysian recruitment processes, labor laws, and employment compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using various job portals and office software.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
• Focus on technical roles: mechanical, electrical, vision, laser, and after-sales commissioning positions.
• Develop and maintain diverse sourcing channels including portals, social media, networks, agencies, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline; engage candidates for key roles.
• Support onboarding processes including document collection, orientation, and system access.
• Assist with visa/work permit applications and renewals; liaise with government and external stakeholders.
• Track recruitment metrics and regularly output reports to optimize efficiency and quality.
