We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in end-to-end technology recruitment. The ideal candidate will have proven success in sourcing and placing niche technology talent, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving recruitment processes from requirement gathering through offer management and onboarding. Candidates with Microsoft technology hiring experience will be highly preferred. Alternatively, individuals with strong executive search experience within niche talent markets are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technology talent.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and market insights.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Conduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations based on technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and support successful candidate placements.
• Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting metrics.

Requirements

• Strong track record in recruiting for technical and IT-related roles.
• Experience hiring for Microsoft technologies or Microsoft-related skill sets is highly advantageous.
• Alternatively, proven experience in executive search, headhunting, or niche talent acquisition will be considered.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience managing both hiring manager and candidate expectations effectively.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
