Job summary

Nintex in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Recruiter to design and execute full life cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers to attract top talent. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage high-volume hiring, and ensure a strong candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of recruiting experience, in-house experience, and comfort with US-based global roles. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities across a fast-paced tech company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience managing relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment and/or an evolving or high growth company.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruitment: Develop and execute sourcing strategies; post ads, attend events and meetings, screen candidates, organize interviews, negotiate and extend offers.
• Sourcing strategy: Develop creative sourcing strategies for each job profile; manage referral programs; messaging for outbound recruiting.
• Pipeline generation: Build candidate pipeline; maintain accurate candidate information in ATS.
• Experience and process improvement: Ensure timely feedback; understand compliance globally and domestically.
