The role requires 6–8 years in talent acquisition, experience hiring for enterprise and corporate functions, and proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team and take the lead in managing end-to-end recruitment for several high-impact business units. You will be a key driver in identifying top talent, developing strong talent pipelines, and supporting recruitment-related projects that elevate our employer brand and hiring effectiveness. This role also involves ownership of recruitment dashboards and participation in external events such as career fairs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Partnering & Delivery

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment processes for:
• Sales roles for Enterprise Division:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Provide market insights and advise stakeholders on hiring trends and challenges.

2. Reporting & Talent Analytics

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor recruitment performance and pipeline health.
• Analyze hiring metrics to guide recruitment strategy and improve hiring efficiency.

3. Talent Pipelining & Market Mapping

• Proactively source and map talent across critical and niche functions.
• Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Keep abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor talent movement.

4. Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement

• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and university engagements.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives to promote the employer brand across channels.

5. Projects & Recruitment Innovation

• Drive and support recruitment-related projects that enhance candidate experience, hiring quality, and recruiter effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and recruitment process improvements.

About You

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or any related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong track record in hiring for mid to senior roles.
• Experience in hiring for enterprise, corporate, and commercial functions is highly desirable.
• Strong in stakeholder management and capable of influencing hiring decisions.
• Proficient in Excel, recruitment dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the brand externally.
• Analytical, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
