Join Talent is seeking a Talent Partner in Malaysia to lead end-to-end recruitment for multinational clients. You will source top talent, manage client and candidate experiences, and drive TA process improvements while upholding the brand and values of Join Talent.

You will collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR and leadership across regions, craft compelling job adverts, and actively headhunt while maintaining a fast, professional, and candidate-centric approach in a growing insourcing

Qualifications

• Global talent acquisition experience is required.
• Experience maintaining ATS and client/project systems.
• Ability to write updates and analyze business data.
• Aware of market trends and competitors for candidates.
• Uphold company values and ethics in delivery and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and headhunting to match client requirements.
• Screening applicants and presenting shortlist to stakeholders.
• Discussing shortlist with Hiring Managers and guiding the process.
• Managing candidate journey with a professional, candidate-centric approach.
