You will partner with hiring managers and executives, lead recruitment strategies, and drive decisions using data and analytics across local and international hiring initiatives.

Qualificações

• 8-10 years of talent sourcing and headhunting experience.
• 8-10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience including full lifecycle.
• 8+ years of senior stakeholder management with influence on leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders.
