Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
• 8–10 years in full lifecycle recruiting; 3+ years in exec/senior leadership recruiting.
• Heavily networked with knowledge of leading search practices.
• Expert knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, compensation, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Understand recruiting needs with hiring managers and partners.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offers and onboarding.
• Lead talent strategy, candidate engagement, and process improvements.
• Coach and influence other recruiters to raise performance.
