Job summary

Hotayi Electronic in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to join our HR team and drive hiring across the manufacturing floor. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates through multiple channels, screen applicants, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and guide offers and onboarding.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least 2 years in recruitment, excellent communication, and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 2+ years recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience in manufacturing recruitment is a plus.
• Mandarin speaking ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, fairs.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and offer preparation.
• Monitor time-to-fill and recruitment efficiency.
