Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing and engineering leader, seeks a dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, employer branding, and HR coordination in Penang.

You will support campus events, create social content, assist video projects, and help onboard new hires, while developing skills in interviewing, candidate screening, and documentation in a fast-paced environment. This internship offers exposure to global processes and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Employer Branding.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms; basic video editing is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating campus recruitment and employer branding events
• Create and publish engaging content for social media related to campus hiring events
• Support planning and execution of Wevideo video projects for internal functions
• Coordinate and support onboarding processes for new hires
• Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and assist in welcoming candidates for on-site interviews
• Maintain new hire documentation and personnel files
