Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coordinate and attend campus and recruitment events.
Create story, post photos and newsletters for branding on social media relating to campus events or recruitment.
Propose & execute Wevideo video shooting and editing for business functions.
Coordinate & execute new hire onboarding matters.
Arrange candidate interviews and receive candidates for face-to-face interviews.
Filing new hire documents into P file.
Handle ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by Talent Acquisition team.
Mandarin literacy to proofread Mandarin articles.
