Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eight to ten years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• 3+ years executive/senior leadership recruiting experience.
• Heavily networked with knowledge of leading search practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with hiring teams.
• Ability to recruit nationally and internationally across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting process from discovery to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and present offers.
• Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to meet diversity goals.
• Act as the go-to expert for candidate approach and engagement.
• Lead and influence other recruiters to improve competence and execution.
