Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad's Yayasan KPJ is seeking a senior leader to design and drive strategic partnerships and funding initiatives. You will shape propositions for corporates, GLCs, philanthropists and foundations while coordinating programme delivery during the foundation's establishment phase.

The role requires a decade of experience in partnerships, strong negotiation and governance understanding, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead a small team, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, business development or philanthropy.
• Demonstrated record of developing and securing complex partnerships or significant funding relationships.
• Strong proposal development, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management capability.
• Sound understanding of governance, due diligence, restricted funding, reputation and partner stewardship.
• Ability to operate credibly with senior corporate, government and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Yayasan KPJ’s partnership strategy.
• Translate priorities into credible partnership propositions and funding opportunities.
• Manage senior relationships with corporates, GLCs, family offices, philanthropists, foundations and government bodies.
• Establish partner onboarding, recognition, reporting and renewal practices.
• Lead the Strategic Partnerships and Development team and coordinate with KPJ Group leadership and other units.
• Represent YKPJ at relevant partnership and stakeholder platforms as delegated by the CEO.
