Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Professional accounting qualification is strongly preferred.
• Proven record of delivering financial and organisational sustainability outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong governance, risk-management and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• High-level capability in strategic planning, performance reporting, problem solving and analysis.
• Adaptable and able to work across multiple projects and roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting oversight and cash-flow management with controls.
• Coordinate statutory accounts, audit, tax matters and regulatory requirements with KPJ Group and advisers.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to CEO and Trustees on affordability and sustainability.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and HR documentation.
• Develop and maintain governance framework, policies, risk registers and compliance obligations.
• Direct day-to-day administration, office infrastructure and shared-service coordination.
• Lead the Corporate Support Services team and set service standards with Group functions.
