Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital seeks a seasoned leader to build and govern an integrated partnerships ecosystem spanning healthcare, academia, research and digital health. You will convert strategic relationships into executable agreements with clear milestones and governance.

You will lead global collaborations in genomics and AI, negotiate joint ventures, and align activities with national priorities while developing a robust partner pipeline for innovation and health tourism.

Qualifications

• Track record converting strategic relationships into binding agreements and measurable programmes.
• Experience negotiating with international healthcare institutions, universities, technology providers and government agencies.
• Experience collaborating across public, private, academic and industry stakeholders.
• Strong cross-cultural, diplomatic engagement with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deepen collaboration with international academic medical institutions across clinical pathways, education and research.
• Lead partnerships with genomics, cloud, AI and digital-health providers.
• Develop venture and co-investment partner structures to enable commercialisation.
• Negotiate master collaboration frameworks with universities, teaching hospitals and research institutes.
• Implement a partnership scorecard, governance calendar and value realisation framework.
• Coordinate senior-level engagement, due diligence and transition of partnerships into business-as-usual.
• Align enterprise with national priorities in precision medicine, AI and health tourism.
• Build a pipeline of anchor industry and ecosystem partners.
