Job summary

KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive growth within the healthcare landscape. You will engage with potential clients, coordinate events, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns and projects.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with experience in digital marketing and content creation preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field.
• 2–3 years in business development, sales, marketing, or corporate relations.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital setting is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns/events and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Explore new market segments and client engagement approaches.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate events, plan, execute and evaluate outcomes.
• Create business proposals, presentations and marketing materials.
• Support digital marketing activities including social media planning and campaigns.
• Assist in video content development and coordination of production.
