Job summary

Computer Land Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive sales with major accounts and enterprise clients. You will partner with Key Account teams to identify, pursue and close opportunities, while building strategic coverage and robust account plans.

The role requires 5+ years in sales related fields, a strong background in B2B, and expertise with Salesforce. You will manage pipelines, upsell opportunities and deliver forecasts with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma or degree and 5+ years in related field.
• Prefer Senior Executives in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
• Candidate will act as a Senior or Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Key Account management and identify, create and close opportunities.
• Build rapport and account coverage strategy for major accounts, especially large enterprise accounts.
• Update Salesforce Pipeline and account.
• Follow-up sales opportunities, qualify opportunity, upsell/cross-sell and close deals.
• Develop and execute against account plans to meet and exceed goals and targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to aid funnel accuracy and forecasting.
