Klitz Vibrant Imported Kitchens Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain operations, covering sourcing, procurement, material planning, inventory, warehouse and logistics. You will lead the Supply Chain team, manage suppliers, control costs and ensure on-time material availability to support production and projects.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or related field with 5+ years of experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory

Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and driving results?

We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations, covering Sourcing, Procurement, Material Planning, Inventory, Warehouse and Logistics.

This is a key leadership role where you will lead the Supply Chain team, manage suppliers, control costs, improve operational efficiency and ensure materials are available on time to support our production and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall Supply Chain team and daily operations.

Oversee Sourcing, Procurement and Supplier Management.

Manage material planning, inventory, warehouse and logistics activities.

Develop strong supplier relationships and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.

Ensure timely material availability and delivery for production and projects.

Monitor supplier performance, inventory accuracy and supply chain KPIs.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous process improvements.

Coordinate closely with Production, Project/QS, Warehouse and other departments.

Identify supply chain risks and implement practical solutions.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics.

Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills.

Excellent leadership, analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in manufacturing, kitchen, furniture, construction or project-based industries is an advantage.
