NuEnergy Holdings Berhad is seeking a Senior Sales Manager/Manager based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia to lead marketing and sales strategy for solar energy solutions. The role combines brand growth, market expansion, and revenue leadership across B2B and B2C channels.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in marketing and sales with 5+ years in leadership, a proven solar solutions track record, and strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing & sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in selling solar solutions.
• Knowledge of Malaysia’s solar market (NEM, GSPA, SEDA regulations).
• Strong B2B/B2C sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in solar project financial modeling.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote solar energy products.
• Strengthen brand positioning through PR, digital marketing, and industry events.
• Oversee digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media) and content marketing to generate leads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in Malaysia’s solar sector.
• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and secure new opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with developers, EPC contractors, and financial institutions.
• Develop pricing strategies, sales pipelines, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure profitability.
• Mentor and manage marketing and sales teams; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
• Stay updated on solar policies and ensure compliance; drive product innovation.
• Present monthly sales forecasts, ROI analyses, and market expansion plans.
