Job summary

NuEnergy Holdings Berhad, listed on Bursa Malaysia, is expanding and we are now hiring a Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Executive / Business Development Executive based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

The role blends marketing leadership with hands-on sales to drive brand growth, market expansion and revenue generation in solar energy solutions across commercial, industrial and solar farm projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or business-related field.
• At least 5 years in marketing and sales with leadership experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Proven track record selling solar solutions (C&I) and managing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia's solar market (NEM, GSPA, SEDA regulations).
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets for solar products (commercial, industrial, solar farm).
• Develop integrated marketing strategies to promote solar energy products.
• Strengthen brand positioning through PR, digital marketing and events.
• Oversee digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media) and content marketing to generate leads.
• Identify and secure government tenders, corporate PPAs and solar farm projects.
• Build partnerships with developers, EPC contractors and financial institutions.
• Develop pricing strategies, sales pipelines, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with technical, operations and finance teams to ensure project feasibility.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
• Attend site surveys and provide information for PV system design.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts, ROI analysis and market expansion plans.
