Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Manager in Personal Financial Services to lead analytics for projects, business campaigns and reporting. You will perform quantitative modeling, drive data-driven strategies, and translate complex data into executive-ready insights across Leads, Channel and Campaign management.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics/engineering, strong SQL and Python skills, and proficiency with Tableau/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science with a business focus.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; knowledge of SAS or R is a plus; strong data visualization (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with campaign management systems and leads data flows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
