Kyudenko Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our Johor Bahru team.

This hands-on role focuses on managing daily site operations, supervising subcontractors, and delivering industrial and commercial M&E projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule, review drawings, prepare site reports, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients. 8–10 years of site supervision in M&E/in industrial facilities preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of site supervision experience in construction.
• Strong M&E project background (industrial plants, factories).
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor progress to meet schedule, specifications and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and client requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify issues before impact.

About the Role

Kyudenko Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Site Supervisor to join our Johor Bahru team.

We are looking for a practical construction professional with strong site management experience who has

developed their career through field execution and supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project quality, and supporting the successful delivery of industrial and commercial M&E projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites.
2. Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed according to schedule, specifications, and quality standards.
3. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.
5. Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential construction issues before they impact the project.
6. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and other stakeholders.
7. Review construction drawings and ensure proper implementation on site.

Requirements

• Diploma, Technical Certificate, Vocational Qualification, or equivalent practical construction experience.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong background in M&E construction projects, industrial plants, factories.
• Proven experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple work disciplines.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, quality control, and safety requirements.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
