Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities at the construction site.
• Ensure works follow project plans, specifications, and local regulations.
• Monitor and manage subcontractors to meet timelines and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of M&E systems for proper installation and maintenance.
• Attend meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
• Maintain discipline and morale on site; ensure safety and health compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and other project-related documents.
• Uphold quality, safety, health, and environmental standards at the workplace and site.
• Undertake special assignments as required.

• Supervise and coordinate all activities that are carried out at the construction site.
• Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and local regulations.
• Monitor and manage sub-contractors, ensuring their compliance with project timelines and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the proper installation, functioning, and maintenance of M&E systems.
• Attend meetings and liaise closely with client/ consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the project.
• Ensure discipline and good morale are maintained at the construction site.
• Ensure site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all times.
• Ensure the quality of work is up to specified requirements.
• Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the project.
• Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the workplace and project site.
• Undertake special assignment, ad hoc functions and related duties as assigned

Requirements: -

• At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 years of experience in the related industry.
• Able to operate MS Office applications.
• Willing to travel and station at project site (Kulim).
• Familiar to integrate and coordinate all discipline in construction site work.
• Understand the construction drawing to plan the construction sequence.
