Job summary

TYT Builders Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent M&E Site Supervisor to coordinate and monitor daily M&E activities at construction sites in Johor. You will supervise subcontractors, ensuring works align with schedules and drawings, while complying with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of M&E construction experience, and exposure to high-rise projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of M&E construction experience.
• Experience on high-rise projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily M&E operation at construction site
• Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure all M&E works are met with proposed schedule
• Ensure all M&E works comply with regulatory requirements
• Ensure all works in accordance to the drawings, specifications and construction plan
