CEMERLANG (KJM) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical works on site in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor. You will supervise installation teams, monitor progress, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across projects.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of ACMV, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, architects and contractors. A proactive approach to problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as a site supervisor in mechanical and electrical projects.
• Specialist in ACMV.
• Strong knowledge of M&E installation procedures.
• Proven track record of managing construction teams.
• Solid health and safety regulations knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• Familiarity with site management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mechanical and electrical installation teams on site, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and quality standards
• Monitor daily site activities, co-ordinate work schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective measures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, building codes and industry standards
• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers and other contractors to maintain effective communication and resolve site issues
• Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, labour records and material documentation
• Train and mentor site staff on work procedures, safety protocols and best practices
• Manage material procurement, inventory and ensure adequate resources are available for smooth project execution
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote a strong safety culture on site
• Report on project progress and escalate any concerns or delays to senior management

About the role

CEMERLANG (KJM) SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled and experienced M&E Site Supervisor to join our construction team. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor. As M&E Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical and electrical works on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
