Job summary

Kyudenko Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hands-on Senior Site Supervisor to join the Johor Bahru team, overseeing daily site operations on industrial and commercial M&E projects.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of site supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines on site, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent construction qualification required or similar.
• Technical Certificate or Vocational qualification accepted with construction experience.
• Proven experience in site supervision and M&E projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and to standards.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, and client requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential issues early.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, Clients and stakeholders.
• Review construction drawings and ensure proper on-site implementation.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and site productivity.
• Resolve site issues promptly and propose practical solutions.
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover activities.

About the Role

Kyudenko Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Site Supervisor to join our Johor Bahru team.

We are looking for a practical construction professional with strong site management experience who has

developed their career through field execution and supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project quality, and supporting the successful delivery of industrial and commercial M&E projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed according to schedule, specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.

Requirements

Diploma, Technical Certificate, Vocational Qualification, or equivalent practical construction experience.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction site supervision.

Strong background in M&E construction projects, industrial plants, factories.

Proven experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple work disciplines.

Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, quality control, and safety requirements.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
