Job summary

Lowell M&E Sdn Bhd seeks a hands-on M&E Site Supervisor to support our construction projects. You will coordinate site works, manage subcontractors, and ensure progress, quality and safety on site.

The ideal candidate has practical site experience, can work independently and communicates effectively with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in M&E site supervision, preferably with construction project experience.
• Able to coordinate M&E works independently on site.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works on site (ELV / LV / general services).
• Monitor site progress according to drawings, specifications and schedule.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractor, and subcontractors on site matters.
• Inspect and ensure quality of work complies with required standards.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.
• Ensure proper documentation (inspection forms, reports, etc.).
• Monitor safety compliance and site practices.

Education

Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
