• Strong background in M&E construction projects, industrial plants, factories.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, quality control, and safety requirements.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed according to schedule, specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential construction issues before they impact the project.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and other stakeholders.
• Review construction drawings and ensure proper implementation on site.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site productivity.
• Resolve site issues promptly and recommend practical solutions.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

About the Role

Kyudenko Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Site Supervisor to join our Johor Bahru team.

We are looking for a practical construction professional with strong site management experience who has

developed their career through field execution and supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project quality, and supporting the successful delivery of industrial and commercial M&E projects.
