YF Homes Development Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at project sites in Selangor, ensuring smooth progress and timely completion.
You will coordinate subcontractors, inspect quality and safety, manage material deliveries, prepare daily progress reports, and participate in meetings with clients and consultants. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering and 3–5 years' experience required; proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site to ensure smooth progress and timely completion.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures and work instructions.
Ensure work quality, site safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
Coordinate the delivery of materials, machinery and equipment to the site.
Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to the Project Manager.
Monitor project progress and report any site issues or delays to the immediate superior.
Conduct regular meetings with workers and subcontractors to ensure project schedules and targets are achieved.
Attend site and technical meetings with clients, consultants and relevant parties.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.
