Job summary

Haily Group Berhad in Johor Bahru is seeking a proactive Senior Site Engineer or Supervisor to oversee residential building projects. You will liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors, lead site teams, and ensure construction work meets design and quality standards.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage drawings, documentation and procurement

Responsibilities

Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and meet project requirements.
Lead, guide and train site supervisors to higher levels of competency and responsibility.
Ensure adherence to quality standards by monitoring processes and outcomes and implementing improvements.
Check technical drawings for discrepancies and ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Manage submission of project documentation and secure client/consultant approvals.
Material planning, procurement and scheduling of items such as building components.
