Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Site Coordinator to supervise and coordinate construction works across C&S, M&E, safety and related building tasks. This role involves managing resources, schedules and budgets, with a focus on timely project completion across multiple sites.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure quality and on-time delivery, guiding site teams and subcontractors to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies.
• Contract administration and project planning.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor the construction works which consist of C&S, M&E, Safety and other building related works
• Coordinate resources, manpower, materials and equipment requirement
• Assist in developing and updating project work programmes and master schedule
• Monitor project costs against the approved budget
• Site controlling, monitoring, inspection, meetings and supervise project progress
• Supervise Main, Sub contractors, NSC etc to ensure timely completion of the project
• Responsible for quality control of all material, equipment and services
• Review and evaluate of contractor's weekly and monthly progress reports
• Liaise with Client, consultants, architect, contractors, utility providers and Government authorities
• Ensure project completion on time and catch up loss of time if delay
