Job summary

SOON HWA CONSTURCTION SDN BHD is seeking a capable on-site Construction Supervisor in Gelang Patah, Johor. You will supervise daily construction activities, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and schedules, and coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include monitoring safety, inspecting quality, preparing daily reports, guiding site teams, and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2 years of construction site experience.
• Experience supervising large construction projects.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
• Must have Civil Certificate.
