Job summary

NTT DATA in Malaysia is seeking a Messaging Services Advisor to apply the full range of messaging technologies, with focus on SharePoint on-prem and SharePoint Online, and to provide steady-state support to the messaging infrastructure.

You will analyze complex issues, handle on-call escalations, and mentor teammates while delivering high-quality client services and ensuring security and compliance across Microsoft 365 environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Microsoft SharePoint certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, customer-centric messaging support.
• Handle on-call duties, escalations, and major incident management.
• Mentor teammates and support upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Serve as SME on messaging technologies, especially SharePoint Online.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and data processing issues.
