Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience MS Team & zoom administration.
• Microsoft Teams certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support with a customer-centric approach.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to end users and understand their requirements.
• Handle on-call responsibilities, escalations, and critical issues with a proactive mindset.
• Mentor team members and support day-to-day operations in a busy messaging environment.
• Manage Zoom and MS Teams in cloud or hosted environments and ensure security.
• Perform RCA and contribute to knowledge documentation and change management.
