Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, IOI City, Putrajaya, is seeking a Manager to lead entitlement processing, reconcilations and client payments while managing operational risk and developing the team’s capabilities. The role requires 6–10 years in financial services and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

You will ensure timely processing, maintain controls, and collaborate with Senior Management to optimize operations within a high-standard custodial environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the financial/banking services industry.
• Strong teamwork with ability to work independently as well.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Process entitlement events and daily entries with timely, accurate processing.
• Ensure investor/client notifications and payments are timely and compliant with SLAs.
• Maintain control functions, end-of-day checks, and reconcilements.
• Assist with investigation, amendments, and clearance of reconciling items.
• Respond to queries within agreed service standards and provide back-up coverage as needed.
• Escalate operational issues to management to mitigate risk and reputational impact.
• Build relationships across departments and with external stakeholders to meet service levels.
• Provide feedback on vendor performance and agent network deviations.
