is seeking a Service Sales Senior Engineer to develop and manage the company’s service business, including repair, maintenance, overhaul and AMC services for generator sets, marine engines, gearboxes and related equipment. The role focuses on service sales, customer relationships, job planning and coordination, and technical-commercial supervision to ensure profitable service delivery and ongoing customer satisfaction across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine or Mechatronics
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in service, after-sales service, technical sales or service business development
• Experience with generator sets, diesel engines, marine engines or related equipment is advantageous
• Able to coordinate and supervise service technicians/engineers and multiple service jobs simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Develop service sales and business opportunities including AMC and recurring service
• Coordinate service jobs, site visits, and deployment of service engineers/technicians
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on service opportunities
• Prepare service quotations and manage cost, margins and invoicing
• Provide technical and commercial supervision of service teams
• Prepare weekly and monthly service reports and track performance with management
