It provides reliable, specification-driven power systems for industrial customers across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and America, supporting global markets with export-standard manufacturing and engineering capabilities.The company are seeking a Sales Engineer todriving sales, supportingcustomers' technical requirements, and delivering end-to-endsolutions including supply, installation, and after-sales service.

Job Descriptions:

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in genset,power generation, and backup power solutions
• Promote and sell generator sets, control systems, and relatedservices (maintenance, overhaul, rental if applicable)
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue, and profit margins
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customersin manufacturing, construction, commercial, and industrialsectors

Technical & Solution Support

• Understand customer power requirements and proposesuitable genset configurations and solutions
• Provide technical consultation on load sizing, systemintegration, and application suitability
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimations
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussionswith clients

Project & Service Coordination

• Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams forproject execution
• Ensure proper delivery, installation, testing, andcommissioning of gensets
• Support after-sales service coordination includingmaintenance contracts and troubleshooting
• Act as the main point of contact between customer andinternal teams
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricingstrategies
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, replacement, or newinstallations
• Provide feedback on customer needs for product and serviceimprovements

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports
• Document all customer interactions, quotations, and projectupdates

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / MechatronicsEngineering or equivalent
• 2–3 years experience in Generator Set (Genset) industry will add as anadvantage
• Strong technical knowledge ofDiesel generator sets;Power distribution and backup systems,Load calculation and sizing
• Good understanding of installation, commissioning, andservicing of gensets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving ability
