Job summary

McLink Asia in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to lead and develop our sales team, drive performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will coach professionals, implement sales strategies, and monitor progress toward targets.

You will liaise with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey and contribute to sales policies, forecasting, and reporting. A track record of guiding high-performing teams in retail or B2B sales is essential.

Qualifications
