SELESA in Malaysia seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to achieve growth and hit sales targets by leading the sales team, designing a strategic plan to expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence.

You will recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance; build lasting customer relationships; present forecasts to management; identify emerging markets and monitor competitors; and ensure ISO 9001:2015 awareness while guiding leadership development.

Qualifikationen

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Aufgaben

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by leading the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands customer base and ensures a strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while monitoring new products and competition status.
• Understand ISO 9001:2015 requirements and perform internal audits for ST.
• Lead and develop the teal with hands-on leadership and succession planning.
