Job summary

Hitachi Asia (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales, Marketing & Product Management professional to develop, lead, and manage the SIB team and drive the Smart Solutions portfolio. You will engage customers to secure orders, coordinate delivery, and ensure project success in line with business objectives.

The role focuses on creating value through Smart solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering sustainable outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and manage SIB team to achieve department objectives.
• Create and execute Smart Solutions portfolio for business continuity and sustainability.
• Propose Smart solutions with economic feasibility base on the customers’ requirements and defined solutions.
• Proactively engaging customers and stakeholders to secure orders to achieve SIB targets and performance.
• Manage and lead delivery team in executing projects towards successful completion and achieving customers satisfaction.
• Create and successfully deploy Smart Solution business strategy and actions plans.Management reporting as and when required.
