Qualifications

• 5+ years in management/sales in e-commerce/auto/retail with P&L or performance responsibility
• 3+ years leading sales teams in a dynamic environment
• Proven track record scaling and structuring full-scope sales organizations
• Experience with external partners and B2C customers at all levels
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication and sales skills
• Strategic thinker who uses data to identify problems and implement solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop consultative relationships designed to ensure customer experience is at the forefront of all business decisions
• Achieve objectives for the district by collaborating to improve fixed operations' customer experience, retention, and profitability
• Facilitate daily huddles to understand the Sales team’s challenges and provide direction
• Implement quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily strategies to achieve development, sales, and profitability goals
• Evaluate customer experience using data and observations and drive continuous improvements
• Provide a framework and support for Retail Sales in vehicle sales management strategies and objectives
• Establish execution of operational excellence to maximize acquisition and support of Retail Sales partners/customers
• Provide clear and inspirational leadership to motivate and develop the team towards high-quality, sales-centric delivery
