Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Branch Leader to own its automotive branch’s acquisition and sales targets. The role demands strategic execution, data-driven decisions, and strong leadership to maximize performance in vehicle purchasing and selling, while maintaining excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a solid track record in automotive retail leadership, a strong grasp of P&L, and the ability to coach and grow a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in automotive retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a P&L.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and optimize profitability.
• Excellent planning, organizational and budgeting capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own branch acquisition and sales targets with full accountability.
• Drive strategies to boost vehicle acquisitions and sales.
• Track KPIs and use insights to improve outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and retain a high-performing sales and operations team.
• Manage rosters, attendance, and leave for optimal coverage.
• Ensure compliant operations and exceptional customer experience.
