Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese or other dialects will be beneficial (as stated).

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in sales management or senior sales representative roles within a similar industry
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a sales leadership position
• Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques and best practices
• Demonstrated past records of ability to build and maintain client relationships and close high-value sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Agriculture related field would be preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese or other dialects will be beneficial
• A self driven and go getter attitude
