ZOOMLION HEAVY INDUSTRY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD is seeking an experienced salesperson with a background in heavy machinery and construction to spot opportunities and drive sales in Kuala Lumpur.

You will plan calls, maintain client files, promote projects, and analyze market information while building lasting relationships. We offer high commissions, work-life balance, medical insurance, and on-the-job training to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in heavy machinery or construction (fresh grads welcome).
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills and sense of responsibility.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, or other.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Spot business opportunities in heavy machinery, and follow up with the pipeline.

Job Description

• 1. Spotting business opportunities in heavy machinery industry, and following up with the pipeline.
• 2. Plans customer calls and ensure wide customer coverage.
• 3. Establishing, maintaining and updating customer files regularly.
• 4. Collecting project information and promoting sales.
• 5. Collecting and analyzing marketing information.
• 6. Innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business in order to attract new clients.
• 7. Possess clear understanding on business requirements, both for the Company and clients.
• 8. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that the Company's offerings remain relevant.
• 9. Support financing and collection work.

Requirement

• 1. Minimum Diploma holder.
• 2. Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in sales from the heavy machinery, construction, or related industry. However, candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
• 3. Enthusiast in building good relationships with people.
• 4. Familiar with office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 5. Having the sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
• 6. Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or any third language.
• 7. High level of integrity, dynamic, persistent, results-driven, positive, highly-motivated and willing to speak up and present themselves confidently.
• 9. Possess own transport and valid driving license.
